Research Visit by Prof. Byonghyo Shim and Seoul National University Team

About the Research Visit

CoSiNC welcomed Prof. Byonghyo Shim and his students from Seoul National University (SNU) to Istanbul Medipol University for a research visit. The meeting brought together the CoSiNC team and SNU’s Information Systems Laboratory team.

Programme Highlights

The visit took place within the project “Development of Multi-Modal Sensing-Aided mmWave/THz Beam Management Framework”, supported under the 2523 TÜBİTAK–National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) Bilateral Cooperation Travel Support Program.

The teams introduced their research areas through presentations and held discussions on their work, within the context of the project’s focus on multi-modal sensing and mmWave/THz beam management.

CoSiNC Participation and Contributions

CoSiNC researchers and the visiting SNU team had the opportunity to get to know one another and exchange research perspectives. The visit supported academic interaction between the two groups and their collaboration under the TÜBİTAK–NRF programme.
